Faulty jewelry, poor customer service on two occasions and wasnt pleased how staff, including the manager, spoke to me! Unfortunately because of their refund policy I couldnt get my money back and had to exchange for a second choice ring and loss of £20! I wont be returning.. well, unless my ring breaks for the third time!

Typical Warren James, clean, sparkly, very elegant looking with high street prices, quality has always been great too.

My 19 year old son who has ASD, wanted to visit by himself to buy his girlfriend a Christmas present, and can I just say, a huge thank you for looking after him while is was choosing his gift, he said you was amazing and gave him advice and put him at ease..

I do not recommend ! Avoid this store far away. I have been deceived!!! I bought the bracelet in October 2019, it broke in December 2019, they offered to exchange it for something else, I just didn't like anything, so I got a voucher for £ 159. I bought another bracelet in January 2020, but I had £ 80 left in my coupon because it was cheaper. Lockdown in March, so I waited for it to open. In December 2020, I finally bought another jewelry in a gift certificate, I have £ 25 left. Another lockdown, opened in May 2021 (like all stores) coupon valid until June 14. Only antiques in the store, nothing new. Asking if my coupon will be extended because there was a lockdown - I heard YES the validity of the coupon is extended by 3 months. Today I was there and I wanted to buy a ring (no choice, because they have no sizes), finally I managed to fit the ring. I want to pay with a coupon, but was told it has expired 🤦. I explained that 2 months ago I was told that the coupon would extend its validity by an additional 3 months. They did not accept 🤬 the coupon went to the trash, and I will pass this opinion on to everyone. £ 25 not a fortune, but I will do my best to ensure that your shop does not cheat anyone else. You've lost a client 🤬
