Very good customer service! I bought a watch and it was a very straight forward process of asking to look at it and trying it on. It wasn’t the right size so a member of staff quickly went and took a few links out, then it fit perfectly. Would definitely return.

The women who helped me was very helpful and kind. She was very easy to talk to and was also very friendly, she asked how my day was etc. I have never used this shop before but i saw a Cath Kidston watch in the window which was pretty so went in to purchase it. The whole experience was pleasant and i will be using the shop in future when i want jewellery. Honestly only have nice things to say about the shop.

Fantastic staff, very helpful. Was able to recommend and help my husband choose me a new wedding ring. They helped him and shown him various styles and was helpful about checking size and how to get it exchanged for the correct size.

Bought a pair of earrings costing nearly £300 , they lasted a week before breaking , took them back , no help at all blamed my wife . Disgusting

Visited the store as I received a duplicate gift. All I wanted to do, was swop it for a different one. The lady that served me was really polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Love my new watch, looks very cool and in absolute bargain price. I could spend much much dearer but this Lorus caught my eye and fell in love with it, my first ever budget watch but knowing they're made by Seiko I'm confident it should be a good investment too.
Staff are extremely helpful and surprised to see they're cheaper than other store of them at least for the watch I wanted. Very happy and would definitely be coming back. 👍
