Broadway Jewellers

This saga started about 4 years ago. My husband purchased a second hand Ladies Rolex Oyster with a Mother of Pearl face and inset Diamonds complete with Rolex Box and, allegedly, original paperwork, also having been 'Serviced' by Broadway Jewelers prior to sale. After some months and for reasons I can't recall, I found there to be a discrepancy with the paperwork and the apparent date of manufacture of the watch. I went back to Broadway Jewelers and queried the matter. The owner began to back pedal from the start and stated that the paperwork for my watch had somehow got mixed up with another watch and that he would contact the other purchaser, explain the situation and get my paperwork back to me within a couple of weeks. Weeks went by and I had heard nothing so I again went to the shop. On this occasion he was much more abrupt and told me he had been unable to contact the other purchaser and was therefore unable to hand over the correct paperwork for my watch. As way of compensation, he offered £100, not much considering the amount we originally paid. However, rightly or wrongly, we accepted his offer. The last few years have past and I placed my watch with a Rolex authorized repairer for a 'Service'. They inturn contacted me stating that the Mother of Pearl dial was 'Fake' and that wrong parts had been used whenever the watch was last serviced. Obviously I have asked them to carryout any repair/replacements and no doubt will get a bill for a tidy sum on completion. From the way the watch was originally sold to us this obviously leaves a bad taste in my mouth and the owner, in my opinion, has knowingly sold this piece in poor condition and with 'Fake' and inferior parts. I would never use this business again and be on your guard.

Had the most amazing experience with Mark. He gave me many option re a very personal item which i wish to purchase. The options available have resulted in a follow up appointment to design a bespoke ring. Looking forward to following up this review shortly.

Just a little story to share about my beautiful diamond ring.
I fell in love with a ring in Tiffany’,s in London, I loved the design and couldn’t stop thinking about it. A few days later I spotted an exact replica of the ring in Broadway Jeweller's and of course had to try it on, the ring was full diamonds, but Amy was so kind & helpful towards me and arranged for some yellow diamonds to be bought in to look at, we discussed various options together and arranged an appointment to view the yellow diamonds.
This full diamond ring,however, still played on my mind and when the day came to view the yellow diamonds, I was delighted to see that the ring was still in the window, This time I saw Mark and we had a long chat. I had some jewellery to sell which was sentimental to me and Mark said he would value it for me!
My husband and I went off for lunch & discussed the ring & various options offered by Mark. On my return I was super delighted with the valuation and made the decision to have the ring and sell my much loved jewellery to Mark.
The ring needed to be resized and I was told that it wouldn’t be ready for a couple of weeks. However, in less than a week it was ready and I was able to collect it with huge joy!
I can honestly say ALL of the staff who I saw in the shop, were so honest, polite and helpful and it gave me renewed faith in good old fashioned customer service again.
Thank you Broadway Jewellers for your patience, understanding and honesty. I adore my ring & cannot wait to show it off to family and friends and enjoy years of wearing it, knowing that I have little parts of family members with me in that ring.

I recently got my finger stuck in a garden gate which unfortunately scuffed my silver Tiffany ring. I was very upset by this as I had worn this ring every day for over 2 years and had never damaged it to this extent! I was worried that the scuffs were too deep and would be difficult to buff out.

I discovered that Broadway Jewellers offered repairs so decided to take it to them and I am soooooo glad I did!! The turnaround was very quick and my ring came back looking brand new! They did an amazing job buffing out the scratches and I couldn’t be happier. I feel like I have a new ring!

Both members of staff that helped me were extra nice and helpful too. I felt my ring was in very safe hands, and I am confident that I will return to them if I need any more repairs done. I will be sure to recommend them too.

Have both purchased and sold items here and have found Mark and the entire team to be exceptionally helpful and fair. They offer outstanding service and honest advice too. I went on Monday with the intention of buying myself a pair of earrings. Came away with two pairs! Oops....a very tempting shop though. Such a good variety of modern and older style jewellery. You would be hard pressed to not be able to find something. Fair prices as well. Staff wonderful to deal with.

Broadway Jewellers are fantastic. Both the person who served me when I went to get a battery for my watch and the person who gave me the watch after a couple of days gave fantastic customer service. They even set my watch to the right time and date for me when I collected the watch.
