Nuha was awesome in helping me to exchange my open bangle, which had a broken ball clasp. Additionally, she provided such wonderful suggestions for charms and matching ideas. She was also extremely patient in giving me time to decide and change my mind! It’s almost like getting style advice from a friend, and that really made my day! Would recommend shopping in store at Pandora for experiences like this💙😊

The new oxford store is beautiful, I love that they have moved to the Westgate, especially since their opening ours are now longer! I went in for the grand opening and was served by the lovely Hanna, her product knowledge was amazing and she was so helpful. I always feel looked after in this store, it’s almost a treat just to visit the shop let alone buying anything!

The staff here always make you feel welcome and are excellent in their role. New store in the Westgate is smaller than the old store, but with no loss on store stock or displays. Always happy to return here.

I was served by Laura today and I left feeling very happy. She was very helpful, friendly, and chatty. Even came up with some ideas on how I could wear my new rings with the rings that I already have.

Almost walked out after a lecture on queuing when there were no queues. Understandably busy - Christmas Eve-eve, customers were going straight to the counters to view the lovely jewellery. As did we. Asked if we wanted help we were directed to the empty counter for earrings. After asking another member of staff to look at some, a manager-esque member of staff curtly explained there is a queuing system, but as there was no queue we could be served.
As there was no queue, I was bewildered her terse response and asked for an explanation whereby I received a repeat of the same.
Feeling as though this was an affront I explained I was happy to take my custom elsewhere!
Afterwards I thought there was nothing to suggest a queuing system, but then saw an A4 sign tucked away at the back of the shop, but nothing at the front or member of staff directing/informing customers.
The positive is that the lady who served us was very helpful. The remainder of the shopping experience was good. But I will be reluctant to return. I suggest the store manager or supervisor (whatever her role is) undergoes some reappraisal on face to face contact with customers.

Thank you so much to the lovely staff at Oxford Pandora and to the wonderful jewellery repairer they sent my bracelet off to.
I fell and badly knocked my bracelet out of shape. The bracelet was sent away and repaired and came back in perfect condition
I am so happy to have this bracelet back to wear, as I had worn it every day since my daughter’s bought it 3 years ago.

Only a small branch but staff were pleasant enough but a bit pushy for my liking trying to get more out of you when you already tell them that you don't want anything else. Wife was happy with what I had bought her but the girl serving us wasn't, er I'm the customer aren't I.
