Great shopping experience. Visited for a wedding ring. Tried on several styles and ordered. It was a swift delivery and arrived within a week. The colleagues were extremely helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend them.

Gorgeous jewellery, I love this shop! I can take my engagement ring in to be cleaned whenever I am in the city. I lost a stone in my wedding band it was sent off and fixed no problems. I lost a stone out of my Gucci ring. It was ordered in to be replaced and within 2 days had a message to say it ready for collection

Lewis helped me to find my perfect wedding ring today he was very friendly and welcoming straight away. He was not pushy and wanted to ensure I was happy with my decision as he valued the importance of a wedding ring. Thank you very much

Having spent many thousands of pounds with Beaverbrooks over the years, this is unfortunately the end of my custom.
Chosing to use a sub standard delivery service via DPD has ruined thier brand and the total customer experience.

Having ordered a pair of white gold earings which promised next day delivery, my security camera footage showed the DPD driver pulling up outside my house in an Enterprise van and taking a picture from his van on 2 consecutive days, with no attempt to get out and knock on the door.
I called DPD in Snetterton (the local depot) to complain and they acknowledged the drivers behaviour and over the next few days kept promising call backs with a resolution & new delivery date which never happened.
I have since found out my earings have been returned to Beaverbrooks despite the fact I had rearranged my work commitments to be at home for the past week, so I could take delivery.
Just to reiterate, I will never use Beaverbrooks again if they insist on using such a poor delivery route to market.

Had a problem with a ring, took it back and they ordered in a new one without any fuss. Thank you for the great service

Always get a top rate service from the staff in Beaverbrooks. We bought our wedding rings from there and got a good deal. They have also fixed my wife's engagement ring which was not bought from there but fixed for a very good price. All round great experience.

Had great service from Dan when purchasing a watch recently. Very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job and the products he sells. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

I cannot recommend beaverbrooks & this store in particular highly enough! Not only are their items stunning but the customer service from all of the staff is simply fantastic! Special mention of Danielle and Kelly in particular- these ladies are so professional yet so warm and friendly, they really do care not only about you and finding the right item for you but genuinely have interest in the story behind the jewellery etc. They have seen me through many a birthday present, my engagement and wedding rings and have truly helped make my gifts and occasions so special. Kelly bent over backwards when I explained I needed to get the new watch over to Spain discreetly for my wife’s 40th! With the boxing, disguising and ideas!. I will continue to get any jewellery needs from this store, it’s always such an incredible experience when visiting and buying from here- thank you to the whole team who work so hard and aren’t all about a sell.
