Fantastic service in this store on both occasions I have been there. What a difference to the appalling service I received at the store in Exeter. Kelly was really lovely so I will be going to the store again tomorrow to buy some clips and another charm. I will always visit this store before any other. See you soon girls. Jules

Lovely store & friendly staff also. Called here to collect a 21st birthday gift for my gorgeous niece. Excellent service and the gift was a hit also. My experience today has made this store a place i will be visiting again

My daughter managed to break her bracelet clasp on the day of her birthday party, and when we finally found the email receipt, it was replaced immediately.

Absolutely terrible... visited the store . 3 staff zero customers, and walked into a conversation about who was owed hours back for overtime worked.. asked if I could look at a particular ring and was told 'yeah that's the biggest it's not fitting you' no offer of measuring my finger or ordering a suitable size.... sorry but staff need to work as a team and this was terrible service..

Ordered on line got there lots of people but girl was asking any one ordered on line got my order dine in 5 mins great service.
