Pandora Newport

This place has cost me some dosh over the years, wife loves it there I just sit in the chair and go on my phone. Staff are lovely and the place is so clean and sparkling

I love this store, its small but offers a large selection of jewelry and gift sets. The staff are always professional and friendly and always look smartly dressed. They offer a lot online and can have deliveries to the store which is easy and convenient ifyou live in the area.

Everytime I go in this store the staff are rude and are not customer friendly at all. I went in the store last week for my bracelet and necklace to be cleaned, as I explained to the lady I have had my jewellery for many years and it now looks off colour but have never had it cleaned. She turned me away as she said they was too busy and needed to be next week, she did not make me feel any worthy or that she cared. I then tried again the week after on the weekend, she lady interrupted me as soon as I said cleaning and advised they do not do this on weekends. I asked if I could leave my jewellery there as it was Sunday and they could just start it Monday and I’d pick it up, the lady just rudely said “no you can’t, you’ll have to bring it back” I then tried again this week and the same has happened, they advised they was too busy and to try next week. I told the lady this was my third time trying and I keep getting refused and turned away, the girl providing the service did not acknowledge or respond she simply just turned her head and walked away. The customer service in here is not friendly and not what you would expect. The staff are rude and not helpful. I have now taken my jewellery to be cleaned to Cwmbran on the same day who was happy to help, I live in Newport and will be travelling to Cwmbran from now on.

Called in to get a gift for a friend. The young lady who served me was so pleasant and helpful. She giftwrapped my purchase too. Very happy

Lovely and friendly staff who seem genuinely interested in helping you. A few items out of stock when we visited but the staff were really helpful in finding alternatives for us.

i went in to Pandora today on the off chance they could help me with an issue with my ring. Laura could not have been more helpful.

Boxing Day experience was ruined by a racist customer assistant deciding to ignore me waiting for assistance and moving to another customer despite being at the till. Awful and not a good look for such a lovely shop.
