Fabulous service from a very helpful man at this shop today. He examined my watch and said the battery was loose so he fixed this problem and generally gave it a little overhaul. He refused to take any payment as he was not sure if this was the problem but so far it is working! He gave a very competitive price on replacing the movement if I continue to have problems.
Very helpful and it was refreshing to receive such exemplary service. I will definitely return as we have an old clock that needs attention.

Visited the store for a number of jewelry item repairs (pearls restrung, broken clasp), a new watch strap and a broken clasp on a vintage watch. Service was excellent. A couple of items were fixed there and then whilst I was explaining what I needed doing.

One necklace clasp was tweaked but later in the day it couldn’t be opened. Went back to the store and the gentleman took a few minutes to replace the clasp free of charge with something nicer than was on the necklace previously!

Fantastic customer service that you just would not get in your typical high street jewelers.

Will definitely use this as our go to.

Took a friend’s Rolex in to be looked at, as it wasn’t working. My friend had been quoted elsewhere an eye-watering £600 to have the main spring replaced. He was absolutely delighted when I rang to inform him that David could repair his watch for £100. Not only that, it was repaired within an hour!

The service that these two gents provide is second-to-none. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend them and their beautiful little shop. I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else for watch or jewellery repairs.

I had an old ring that had lost a stone because of a missing claw. They made and excellent job of replacing the stone and replacing the missing claw. Superb work and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

I travel a long way to get to this place to get my watches and clocks repaired. Always looks at the item before carrying out a repair and always advises you what is needed and the work is always 1st class.

Repaired a pendant with missing stones that was a bit battered. Beautiful job, very happy.
