Pandora Cardiff

I rated this store 2 years ago with a 1 and didn't leave a written review. I had to go in again today and thought I should write why this store 2 years on still retains a 1 from me. Visited on a Saturday morning so fairly busy, greeted with a hi and then went to a desk to wait for help. No help arrived so.asked the front of store greeter how we actually get served, was told to head to the back of the store where there was a small "queue here" sign so joined the queue then waited for a further 15 mins to get served.....at this point been in store for 30 mins. Service from the assistant was just fine, got what I needed but then payment time, I cannot believe it took 25 mins to ring through my 8 items, seriously 25 mins, due to the till being slow!!! By the time I had finished I was ready to just hand it all back and walk out. It was ridiculously organised and clearly lacking efficient or functioning points of sale!!! My recommendation is AVOID this store and SHOP ONLINE to save your sanity

I was served by a very happy, smart and professional man called Niko.
He exceeded my expectations and made me an even bigger Pandora fan.

Love this shop. Bit of a wait for service but it is December and i do respect staff are extremely busy this time of year. Always find what i am looking for.

Not living in Cardiff and wanted to check your stock before driving in
I'm 62 and disabled so its very difficult particularly this time of year, I understand your very busy ATM but
what's the point of making your phone number available if you have no intention of answering it I've been trying to get through for four days

Had a really nice experience with one of the staff, Tyler Matthews, and appreciated the helpful and friendly service.

Got some charms for my wife,great choices and the lad that served us was brill.
