Really helpful staff and super friendly. Only needed a couple of liks taken from my watch strap that I purchased elsewhere. They did it for me there and then despite having several customers in store who were blatantly going to spend more money than me but the staff made no difference and made me feel just as valued a customer. Well done h Samuel's bridgend!

I'd give 0 stars if it were an option.
Avoid at all costs.
Poor management over sales and advice of bought goods.
If you a customer service request online, the store doesn't really seem to care to understand your issue and will end up spending a lot of time chasing around to find out whats wrong...maybe even make a joke of the situation...

Not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.

The two ladies called sian went above and beyond any level of customer service i have ever seen, they kept the shop opened through the lunch break to accomadate my visit , and made me feel like a extremly valued customer,,as i drove over a hour to get there, these two women are a asset to H samuel, they were friendly, informative and extremly polite, will definitely recommend this store to everyone,

Outside of shop needs a makeover.staff pleasant and helpful .reasonable prices.often products reduced.

Staff friendly and helpful. I like staff who are cheerful and the guy I dealt with was just that, but maybe went on a little too much 😂
