4 years being a loyal customer, staff is great, except one with an attitude (not the first time). I booked 2 weeks in advance a slot and nobody informed me to well double-checked the booklet because of a stricter legislation on Vaccine (no infos by phone at booking, nor on the website). When I dropped my dog, she just come at the very last moment with a Booster story, etc. I did not have the booklet with me. (Not had been asked anyway at booking + you don’t have to bring it each time only at registration) I thought everything was in their system anyway. So, she phoned my vet etc. In fact, one booster was expired since January. Chaos from this point. No dialogue possible, no alternative, no empathy, rudeness (Not her problem, she said) awful attitude! I asked to talk to the owner of the facilities, no negotiation, she said she was the owner (but I think she has then much to learn from her friendly employees, because her staff is very nice, but she is an awful person: bad communication – no professionalism – no solving issue skills). We just had to go back home without any solution. Best Kennel ever if you want to miss a flight, a wedding, or a 2 weeks holiday in the Caribbean last minute! Extra disappointed! Just a “please check the vaccination booklet due to recent change of legislation etc,” at booking would have been nice for a so call “professional kennel”. In 2 weeks, I could have checked and updated. OK, it is also owner responsibility BUT! Blaming only the customer and being awful was absolutely not acceptable, here attitude and tone of voice. Had to cancel plans last minute! NEVER AGAIN.

Pets well looked after, and they let us know about their behaviour during their stay but they came home with more food than expected (maybe dogs were on strike)

Good freindly service at this boarding kennels our 4 mini Daxies only went in kennels for two days but showed no signs of distress on collecting. Would recomend.

My Frenchie was quite happy here. He was looked after well. He's a little fussy and the staff managed to get him to eat. Will use again thankyou for taking great care of my pooch

Not very good place, we have a big dog, looks like for 1 week didnt leave cage, came back with scratches on the nose, depressed and agresive ,never again.

Lovely people who always make sure my cat is well looked after whe she visits.

Really good Kennels, dog came back happy and all of her blankets had been washed which was an added bonus!
They even noticed my dog wouldn't go to toilet if she could see other dogs around so took her to somewhere she couldn't see other dogs so she could go!

Highly reccomend and reasonably priced.

Never used a kennel for my dog before and naturally I was nervous to leave my pooch. But I was immediately put at ease with the service and experience and a very, very happy dog. Definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a safe space for their pets 😊
