Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the guys at Blackpool Kia, particularly to David Gore our sales rep. I had a lot of questions and reservations given that car buying is a complicated and expensive process. David spared no trouble in helping us through the process, answering many specific technical questions, providing information and general reassurance and ensuring the buying experience was as stress free as possible. I feel that we've come away with a good deal on an excellent car. I would have no hesitation whatsoever about using these guys again (despite the 460 miles round trip!!) - a well deserved 5 star rating from me!

Recall check and reprogram of airbag controller done while I waited in less than half an hour including car wash and vacuum! Also a decent cup of coffee while I waited.

Haven't bought a car for years, in my visit l was welcomed very well. The salesmen Daniel made me feel totally relaxed, also the manager Ian came across to have a chat, which l thought was very nice. The all process of buying a car was made easy by the professional staff what dealt with me.
I would recommend to anyone who wants to buy a car to try this dealership first.

My car is currently in with the service department after being there for 3 weeks. Apparently they don't have enough time to finish fixing my car as they are to busy? id understand if a part was on back order but its not. I think you should book less people in and concentrate on the customer service instead of trying to squeeze as many jobs as you can in.

Edit- i've just had a call from the GM and they are trying to sort the situation

Went to view used Kia Sportage but when we saw the new 2022 version in the showroom we were hooked. Salesman Jamie Townsend was excellent, very friendly, knowledgable and not pushy at all. After a bit of thought at home we gave him a ring back. We made an appointment for the next day and went in and ordered one.

We arranged the appointment through Kia, and it was confirmed that we would be test driving three models. These models were not available when we arrived.
The salesperson was helpful and informative, hence 3 stars rather 2 or1.

One of the best experiences in buying a used car I've had in many years, facilitated by used car sales executive David Gore, from supplying a video of the car (due to no pics available at the time) through to negotiation, purchase and final handover all done professionally, well worth the couple of hours drive through.
