Just picked up our new Kia from Bells in Northampton and have nothing but praise for them.
They were really helpful on working around us for when we eventually picked the car up (even though it wasn't ideal for them), due to us being away and various other reasons!
We dealt with 3 different sales people from order to pick up as 2 left the business unfortunately, but the last, Ricky Rose, was exceptionally helpful and professional. He took plenty of time to show us around the vehicle and how things work and followed up the next day to check we were happy with everything.

After a really stressful time walking in to KIA was a weight lifted off my shoulders , jack was so accommodating to what I was asking he made the process of getting my new car so much more comfortable for myself he really listened and helped no end. I really felt listened to and was very well looked after I wouldn’t hesitate to go back at all , both jack and Ian the manager were so polite and professional I really appreciate their efforts to the service I received.
