Jason Bowyer and David Derbyshire...Cannot Fault Them!
My son bought a car from Jason at KIA Warwick in January. Unfortunately the engine management light came on within a day. They made a couple of attempts to fix it, with no success, and then paid for a Main Dealer to diagnose the fault. Sadly, they said the car needed a new engine!!! I hasten to add that the car was a Vauxhall and NOT a KIA. We were gobsmacked as the car drove beautifully, (despite the engine light), and only had 27,000 miles on it. These things happen; but it's measure of the dealer how they perform when things go wrong like this. We met with the dealership owner, David Derbyshire. What a gentleman. He offered a number of options, including purchasing another car from him, and even offered to lend my son one of his own cars until he found a replacement! In the end, he gave us a refund and took the car back. We were gutted, as the car was great, (apart from the EML), and we'd have loved to buy another car from Jason and David, but couldn't see anything on the day. I highly recommend this dealership. On my visits there, I spoke to other customers whilst waiting, and they were very complimentary too. When you find an honest, trustworthy dealership, it makes sense to stick with them. Take the risk out of car buying, and purchase from KIA Warwick!!!

Today was the first time going to Warwick Kia, I took our e-Niro in for its yearly service and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I waited for about 50 minutes while the service was being done and was both surprised and pleased when I got the car back washed and vacuumed. Highly recommend Warwick Kia for great service!

On Tuesday I finally picked up my new car! David Diamond from Kia Warwick has been nothing but amazing throughout the entire experience! I am quite disorganised as a person and he handled me like a complete trooper and was always so friendly, calm and explained every aspect and stage that was needed. As someone who is not 'car oriented' this was super helpful and made my buying experience amazing and super easy! I would highly recommend using Kia and if you can go to David I would recommend that also! At least for a kind and friendly purchase experience. 10/10 love my new car!!!!!

3 months since purchase and it’s been brilliant!

I had brought my first car from Warwick Kia after searching on various websites for a reliable car. The service was brilliant from Matt and his team and very prompt too.
There’s a £200 deposit and it is refundable if you decide not to purchase. However, the Kia Picanto that I had viewed and purchased was excellent. Myself and a family member were allowed to the test drive the car alone which was perfect. There no rush to purchase the car at all.
The garage came with a delivery service which was perfect and an arrangement of the delivery was right on time.
After sales service was good too and I had emailed a few times asking about paperwork for the car but everything was sorted promptly.

I can’t recommend this garage enough, especially for nervous first time buyers!

Amazing customer service! particular thanks to Dave Diamond who looked after us very well as we looked for our latest car. I recommended them to my Mum and she has now found a great car with them and again great customer care. Highly recommended.

Just changed my car to a Kia Picanto at Warwick Kia.
Dave was the salesman who helped me and I’m can’t speak highly enough about him. Friendly and professional.
He dealt with all the DVLA paperwork for me, including retaining my personal number plate, all I had to do was call back when the paperwork came back from DVLA. Number plates changed over and the last of the paperwork done with ease,, nothing was too much trouble for him..
Excellent service, and I have no hesitation in recommending Warwick Kia and Dave.

As a first time driver the thought was quite daunting, it needn't have been the team were great from start to finish and were more than happy to help me in choosing what I needed even though I wasn't sure myself.
