Their customer service is second to none, all members of staff I had dealings over 2 separate visits were professional and helpful. My car needed MOT and the annual service a week later.

While I cannot fault the service or the staff, customer parking and the general drive around the service road is awful, too many cars on the forecourt and many cars parked on the road making it quite tricky to manoeuvre, drive in or out of the service area.

My car was booked in for it's 20,000 mile service and several calls from Beadles prior to the service, told me that the customer was their priority. On arrival I was received by Cheryl, who took the time to explain the procedure and arranged my courtesy car.
Cheryl is a valuable member of the team and has a pleasant demeanour. If I may say a great asset to the company.
What a great experience I had with Beadle and will certainly recommend them to friends.

I have just purchased my first Kia from Beadles Kia Maidstone, and received outstanding customer service and care from Peter Petts throughout the whole process. He was friendly and accommodating, and ensured that I was well-informed before making any decision. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and he was able to answer my questions efficiently.

After discussing budgets and preferred model he went above and beyond to ensure that I secured the car that I was hoping for. The video tour of the car prior to purchase was also a nice extra touch!

We have just bought our second Kia from this branch and we were very lucky to be served by Peter Petts who has shown an outstanding level of customer service!
He has dived very deep in explaining all the extra services that Kia does offer.
He asked for our budged and went an extra mile to make sure we get the car we always wanted.
Since we are a family of four, he made sure the kids are well-interacted during our time at the shop and asked if we need a drink or anything else.
During the whole time of the pre-deal he was extremely informative and made sure all of our questions are being answered and we have no hesitations buying the vehicle.

Peter even collected me from the local station and made sure I was able to drive my new car home the same day, which was very much appreciated.
I discussed the finance with Lee, had a comfortable test-drive, insured/taxed the vehicle and signed up for a service plan. I am very happy with the car and would highly recommend them .

The lady on the Welcome desk is always extremely friendly and welcoming.
The Admin / Front of House sales and service team are always so professional, flexible and nothing is ever too much trouble.

I’m a first time Kia purchaser and booked an appointment at Kia Maidstone to look at two separate models, as I wasn’t sure which one I liked the most.

I was lucky to have Peter Petts as my salesman as he was polite, helpful, friendly and accommodating. There was no pressure or rush, I was able to test drive and Peter provided all of the information I needed to make my decision.

Conner was amazing salesperson then a bully off a manager tried not to honour on line valuation and as car had body damage tried to make me take car that day and was told I would have to get it repaired. He really needs to go on a customer service course won’t be using Kia again, you say anything you can do we’ll honour original trade in price get body work repaired deliver to Coulsdon where I will complete purchase won’t step into Maidstone branch
