Always a pleasure to interact with the dealership. Staff are helpful and polite. The service advisors are never condescending like some garages which often treat women like idiots.

When I bought my car here I never felt pressured to complete the sale immediately and the salesman, Marcel, was very agreeable and provided a few options for the model of car plus finance options.

I’ve had to have a repair on the rear of the car due to a hit and run in a local car park. The repair and spray was perfect. You cannot see where the damage was at all.

Servicing is easy to arrange and drop off and collection is performed with minimum waiting.

I would recommend this dealership if you want a Kia and great support and service.

A local long-established dealer, I've bought both a used and a new Kia from them, and found the whole experience positive each time. Servicing and after-sales have been good, especially linked with the long Kia warranty. A recent issue arose for me, but they quickly took the opportunity and ownership to address it. I have no hesitation to recommend them whole-heartedly, and can't imagine not getting our next car there too.

And if there was a choice of 6 stars for this Dealership, then I would have given them 6 stars! An outstanding level of service from all Departments. Marcel Podesta organised a test drive in a used Kia Rio automatic for me, to see if I liked the model. No high pressure selling in evidence here!! Just a relaxed atmosphere to put the customer completely at their ease. I really liked the car, but preferably I wanted a Series 2 model. And I was prepared to wait a while ,hoping one would come in to their Dealership, because I really felt they deserved and wanted my business.
And, one did arrive a few weeks later! An absolute gem of a car! And a Series 2 automatic!!
I had a road test in the car and my mind was made up immediately. It was superb in every respect. I left a deposit on the car and Marcel said he would confirm the date for me for handover.
The car isn't at their premises any longer...no...it's on my drive, looking absolutely immaculate and admired by my neighbours.
The car had been prepared for me with the utmost care and attention. I am so pleased with it.
Nowadays, I'm retired, but in my previous working life, I was a Service Manager in a Car Dealership. I was used to giving customers the highest level of care and attention. I was rewarded by their repeat business and loyalty.
Since those days, nowadays, as a Customer, I have never found or received the same level of service. That is, until I found and visited Fine Cars.
A warm, welcome, greeted by friendly, smiling staff. Staff who ooze ccustomer care ,are knowledgeable and helpful. A breath of fresh air going into this Dealer and I wish I had found them earlier. Not often you see good old fashioned customer service nowadays, but it's certainly alive and kicking and in abundance at Fine Cars. Well done to all of you. From an extremely satisfied customer.

Last week I took ownership of my new Kia Sportage. Although delivery was delayed due to supply chain issues (outside of the control of Fine Cars) I was kept informed by Marcel Podesta throughout the process and between Marcel and David Shepherd (Service Manager) I was kept mobile throughout the delay.
It is clear to me that the teamwork within this franchise is more like a family and their professionalism shines through.
From my experience I have no qualms in recommending Fine Cars as a dealership you can trust and with a special shout out to Marcel and David for all their help. It's been a pleasure, thank you both.

It was a good meeting, the person I spoke to told me that they now had seperate service centre but one of my problems he fixed and told me that if I had a problem, ring them and if they can they will help but the service centre is there for my make of car (SAMYUNG).
