The last 3 times taken the car in for various reasons they give you a time for repairs and they are never on time today should of taken 1 hour still waiting 4 hours later and they cant even give a rough time it will be finished. Diabolical
Had a phone call from them today to discuss the post above spoken to them about what happened and had an apology from them . I was told only an hour and half but due to miscommunication the car was left until later as they thought I was collecting it at the end of the day . Happy to say that I am satisfied with the outcome

Brayles serviced my new Sportage today ( 18/8/22). I'm in my 70's and didn't want to wait too long as I have medical issues. Brayles service team were very understanding and started at the agreed time and I had the car back 1,1/2 hours later. They even did a recall at the same time. It all went exactly as they promised. That's very good service. I hope its the same next time I go back

Brayley’s KIA service team in Oxford were very helpful. A shout out to Neil as he went out of his way to sort out my Sportage (originally purchased through them), with his guidance and knowledge, patience and understanding, he made a stressful situation much more bearable and got the car repaired promptly considering the workshop was so busy.

Avoid!! Avoid!

Avoid the brand.

I write this review so no other Family or person experiences the same issue we are going through with a very heavy heart and I wish my family and I were not in this awful situation. Following purchasing our Kia Sportage AWD AT GT line 2018 with 33 000 Miles 6 months ago, we have now found ourselves car less after just 7000 miles. The car was originally bought by the first owner from Brayley Kia Oxford dealer and all 3 previous services done by this dealer and now sits in their work shop for more than 3 weeks with no diagnostics being conducted and clearly no indication of when they will be able to diagnose the vehicle.

The diagnostics done by our privately contracted road side assistance (Kia Road side not available when called) stated the gear box has failed and cannot engage gears (Note this is an Auto). The car smells of burnt Clutch which we were advised by the road side assistance that this issue seems to be an internal gear box issue from his professional opinion. The car is way under the 100000miles/7year warranty.

The dealer have confirmed over 16 breakdowns and also have cars there for repairs over two months and understandably work on a first come first serve basics. We have laid complaints with Kia UK and get no assistance what so ever and all we get told is the dealers are independent. Kia as a group and as a dealer do not stand by what they advertise especially the Kia Family like care part.

We understand things break but breaking and not having an indication of when this can be repaired nor assist with providing a loan car while they resolve the break down is definitely not family like care.

This is a very cut down edit of our experience with KIA as a whole.

Extremely frustrating and utterly unacceptable!!!

Booked my car in online for a prepaid service (part of package). They didn't have a hire car on the day I selected, so they called me and communicated well. They offered me the next morning where I could wait from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

I think they went slightly over time in the end, the car was ready at 10:10 a.m. - very professional, clean car, explained the service, highlighted the advisories.

There isn't a good comfortable waiting area, the front area is bare, open and on show. But I still managed to do some work there on a laptop.

I'd recommend Brayley Kia.

I'm very happy with Brayley's service, They collected my car, serviced it and cleaned it inside & out. The only thing wrong was the fact they said an operative would collect my car between 7.30 am and 8am on their way to work so I got up early, no one turned up until 9.45am. It was returned the same afternoon, JOB WELL DONE.

I have to say, from start to finish, the service and friendliness of all the staff was brilliant, especially from Rodger. Previously, when purchasing a car, I've found salesmen to be a bit pushy, and only interested in the sale. However, Rodger was the complete opposite! He advised, listened and guided us through the whole process brilliantly. He is a credit to the Kia workforce! I'm really happy with the car too 😀. 5 star!

I am delighted with my Kia Niro hybrid from Brayleys. I have just taken it in for its first annual service and everything was done well in the agreed time frame. My two questions were answered immediately and it was returned to me looking immaculate.
