Highly recommended! Adrian was very honest, and made me at ease, despite buying the car online. After a video call with him, I felt comfortable putting a deposit on the car before photos were available because of his great conduct.
Antonio, was also very helpful and patient throughout the process, and was very flexible to my circumstances. I am grateful to both of them for the sale despite having unusual circumstances.
The branch itself is great. They routinely send used cars to their body shop prior to sales, and I'm very happy with mine. The sales process was straight forward at the branch. I am very happy with GWR Kia, and will highly recommend them to all, and use them myself again if I have an opportunity.

He isn’t a stereotypical pushy car salesman (we encountered a few), he has more of a straightforward approach, which we preferred and he listened well to our requirements and didn’t try to push us over our budget. This is the first time I have ever been to a Kia dealership and was pleasantly surprised. My sales person Rey was really helpfully and answered all my questions about Hybrid vs Electric in order to work out which car would work best for me and my lifestyle! Rey always went the extra mile for providing exhaustive information, explanations and reassurance with an unlimited patience. Went to Kia purchased my dream car - thanks to the sales Consultant, Kush. He was excellent, supporting me throughout the process. Really listened to me, took care of all my needs and went beyond to make me happy. Couldn't recommend him enough, he was all about his customer and nothing else. Rey has been incredible helpful in taking us through all the options available for the purchase of a new and used vehicle. He’s been patient and took the time to discuss all the options with us. The bonus was that he also liaised with his colleagues from the service center to have a key issue fixed asap. All in all a 5 star service. Highly recommended.

Rey answered our questions and requests in a patient and informative manner. He gave us time to assimilate and consider this.
