It has taken a (very) long time, but with the assistance of the great staff at Wren's branch in Bromley, I finally have a new kitchen. I was impressed with their willingness to allow unlimited design visits, the fact that you can lock in the price, and I am very pleased with the final product. I did have some issues with their freelance installers, but found my own who has done a great job at a much more competitive price. And, if you need it, they also give Interest Free Credit.

I’ve had my new kitchen for about 8 months now and I cannot fault it at all.
The quality is good and the colour is exactly what I wanted. I would certainly recommend them and especially the consultant I dealt with, a young lady called Dylan.

Absolutely awful service. 3 months into the process and still no sight of the end of this nightmare. Constant delays, incorrect measurements, no clear explanation about the process, no ability to speak to anyone competent. After a lenghty and painful design process, my kitchen delivery was delayed by 2 weeks, no apologies, just excuses. I lost my kitchen fitter due to this delay, no help or any compensation from Wren. The worktop template guy arrived without any notice, had to be sent back because the kitchen is not fitted, Wren customer service is not picking up calls. DO NOT USE Wren if you want your kitchen to be dealt with professionally and swiftly.

I don't usually write reviews, especially not ranty ones. But I can't emphasise strongly enough to avoid the Bromley showroom if you decide to go for a Wren Kitchen. In our case, the design was flawed and did not meet gas safety standards. Wren's internal compliance team didn't pick this up, the designer has now left, the installation was poor quality, and our polite and patient requests for the issues to be sorted out have been ignored for weeks, despite us making 3 more visits to the showroom. We haven't had a working kitchen for over 2 months and no one at the Bromley showroom, or Wren's central customer services seems to care! The one star I have given is for the units and worktop as they are smart and look nice - but what's the point when we can't cook!

Very nice people in store. However all this changes once they have your money.
Very poor post purchase customer service. Installers simply rude.

Complete lack of customer care.

If I could give zero stars that would be more reflective of my opinion of Wren

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Attended showroom with no intention of buying a kitchen as just wanted to book an appointment for design layout, however we were able to do this instore and having chosen the style that we liked and watch it develop in front of us on screen the transformation was obvious, and we chose to buy.
Delivery arrived in a timely fashion (a lot of space required as all pre-assembled units which is a bonus).
Once fitted the difference was immense and we are extremely pleased with final result, a bright fresh clean looking kitchen.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Wren kitchens for updating our current kitchen. Will definitely use again, the staff were professional and welcoming. I would like to particularly thank Amira for her professional manner and up keeping her responsiveness throughout! This was a big decision for us and Amira helped us massively.

If you are considering buying a kitchen from Wren AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I purchased an Infinity Plus black kitchen (very expensive) after installation the builders confirmed the kitchen was faulty. As the frontal door dimensions were too small allowing the white carcass line to be seen throughout the kitchen.

I contacted Wren customer service, which took 1hr:45min just to get through. They advised adjusting the doors which the installers had initially done but it did not resolve the issue.

They then claimed that the wrong door dimensions had been delivered, so they were going to send me the correct dimensions. Which I would have to pay for it to be fitted. I did not agree to this arrangement but they sent the doors anyway. To my surprise the doors arrived and they were incorrect, the same dimensions as the doors that were already in place!

As it stands I have a black kitchen installed, an Infinity Plus range their most premium product. However, the white carcass line is visible throughout the whole kitchen, clearly a design flaw. I have attempted to escalate the matter but now Wren are claiming my name on their system is not correct, so they can not discuss my account with me (how convenient).

The customer service is appalling, abysmal and horrendous. I can not comprehend what I am experiencing with this company. I would have been better off purchasing a kitchen from Toys R Us... complete circus act
