You guys have a great range of quality kitchen and accessories there. The only things that let the service down is the ability to adapt your processes to give the customers what they want, in our case we wanted to know if a magnet kitchen was in budget. We are at the early stages of our build and we wanted a rough cost on one of your fabulous kitchens. However that was not possible. We popped over to wren and within less than 3 minutes of sitting down they had given us a rough cost and then we progressed to tweaking the colours,material and finishes.

Poor customer service, treated as if we were a nuisance even though we had architectural drawings and a good budget for a large kitchen, which we needed help and input to spec. Designer at the desk refused to put together preliminary plan unless it was 100% accurate, which, is impossible to achieve unless Magnet sent out someone to measure our floorplan. We simply left to other surrounding Kitchen stores who were more than happy to put together a highlevel plan and spec with the idea of refining as we get closer to the planned date of build. Avoid.

Agree with the previous reviews. Decent kitchens but the level of customer service is woeful. We had designs drawn up (well, copied from ones we'd already had done by Howdens). After that, it was a battle to get a response to emails or queries. I had more communication when our designer was on holiday than when he was at work. Weeks went by waiting for a few simple design changes. Clearly couldn't care less. When I said we weren't going to use them because of all this I just got a curt email saying they'd leave my info on file. Don't use unless you're happy being just a number.

Dave Plant and the rest of the team have been beyond helpful to me considering the relatively low value of the order I placed - dug out old orders my builders placed, specced up replacements for some units for me and kept me up to date on everything going on.

No choice in colours, had appoi but left to wander in small showroom for a while, disappointed and won't be going back, wrens more geared up choice wise, had refreshments and toilets, magnet offered neither. Waste of 3hrs.

Great choice of kitchens, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only thing was that there cabinets are different sizes to the standard.
