We purchased a kitchen from benchmarx 2 years ago and was the worst experience I have ever had. We had endless problems with parts missing and units damaged and we ended up waiting 3 weeks for the other parts to be delivered. The microwave didn't fit and this had to be changed.
2 years later the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it's 1 month out of warranty. Do not buy neue appliances, they are terrible appliances. The microwave works when it wants to. All in all we are really not happy with benchmarx kitchen and the way habe handled problem's. Go with magnet!
