Homematas

We have purchased all of our tiles from Joe at Homematas. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and competitively priced.
We have had underfloor heating installed in our new build, both upstairs and down, so most rooms are
being tiled, and Homematas have gone out of their way to source exactly what we have required quickly and efficiently.
We are pleased we came across them when visiting the nearby vets and will be returning to them in our future projects. Thankyou and can’t wait to sent you photos of our finished interiors.

Had purchased a few items from here previously and were very happy with the service and range of products so decided to return for the purchase of 3 entire bathrooms and a few items for a downstairs wc.

To be honest we had received such good service previously we were not bothering to schlep round different showrooms and were prepared to give them all the business based on receiving a great deal, especially allowing for the fact we were looking to spend between 30 and 40 grand.

However a good deal is the opposite of what we got. After spending a considerable amount of time choosing all the furniture, tiles, accessories etc we received a quote. Given the amount we were spending I queried why they had quoted RRP on everything with no discount and was basically told like it or lump it. I also queried why some of their prices were higher than the 2022 catalogue prices and was told they were passing on manufacturers increases. I never heard from them again so guess what...we lumped it and spent our 36 grand at Bolton Bathrooms instead. What a frankly bizarre way to do business. I can only presume they are rolling in customers prepared to pay full price and didn't need our business.

Bolton Bathrooms also quoted RRP on everything but then offered a discount (without being asked). It wasn't a huge percentage but given the amounts we were spending it all added up. They followed up with a phone call and email and unsurprisingly they got our business. They also advised that they would swallow any price increases should they arise. That's the way to secure 36 grand of business.

I am still baffled by their initial refusal to offer even a moderate discount, their complete lack of follow up, their like it or lump it attitude and their unwillingness to even try to fight for our business but so glad we elected to try someone else. I suggest anyone getting prices here does the same.

As a local tradesman I have been using Homematas for many years, for my own personal use and referring to customers. I've always found them extremely helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend.

Just had a new shower room installed and the finished product is super, everyone was incredibly helpful and the standard of work is excellent.

If you're thinking of a bathroom revamp you won't go far wrong with Homematas from arriving with just a rough idea of what we wanted. We were given lots of options, ideas and virtual computer images to help visualise what it would look like. We were going to go to a few places but we were so impressed with Joe and his expertise we decided to give them our business. A very well organised business

Staff at Homematas are very good but the owner could do himself a favour and book himself onto a customer relations course. Therefore, would NOT recommend.

Very helpful staff. I purchased tiles for a bathroom project a while back, the staff were helpful when choosing the correct style. I have returned back as I broke a tile and they were very helpful even for such a small order. Very happy customer.

Beautifully presented showroom with an extensive array of tiles from budget to luxury. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Our very spoilt house rabbits are delighted with their new cool tiles. Thank you! .
