We have had underfloor heating installed in our new build, both upstairs and down, so most rooms are
being tiled, and Homematas have gone out of their way to source exactly what we have required quickly and efficiently.
We are pleased we came across them when visiting the nearby vets and will be returning to them in our future projects. Thankyou and can’t wait to sent you photos of our finished interiors.

To be honest we had received such good service previously we were not bothering to schlep round different showrooms and were prepared to give them all the business based on receiving a great deal, especially allowing for the fact we were looking to spend between 30 and 40 grand.
However a good deal is the opposite of what we got. After spending a considerable amount of time choosing all the furniture, tiles, accessories etc we received a quote. Given the amount we were spending I queried why they had quoted RRP on everything with no discount and was basically told like it or lump it. I also queried why some of their prices were higher than the 2022 catalogue prices and was told they were passing on manufacturers increases. I never heard from them again so guess what...we lumped it and spent our 36 grand at Bolton Bathrooms instead. What a frankly bizarre way to do business. I can only presume they are rolling in customers prepared to pay full price and didn't need our business.
Bolton Bathrooms also quoted RRP on everything but then offered a discount (without being asked). It wasn't a huge percentage but given the amounts we were spending it all added up. They followed up with a phone call and email and unsurprisingly they got our business. They also advised that they would swallow any price increases should they arise. That's the way to secure 36 grand of business.
I am still baffled by their initial refusal to offer even a moderate discount, their complete lack of follow up, their like it or lump it attitude and their unwillingness to even try to fight for our business but so glad we elected to try someone else. I suggest anyone getting prices here does the same.
