When I arrived to collect at the agreed time it was outside fully cleaned ready to go.

He went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure all of my requirements were met. I was also very grateful for Zak’s work on the financial side of things. Joey Smith has been exceptionally polite, gets back to you when he says he will, has provided all the information I have needed and this has been accurate. Kevin was also great to work with and when I arrived to collect my vehicle the team on the from desk stood up, offered me a coffee and brought it over. Good, old-fashioned, customer service. What more can you want! I live 100 miles away and would buy from here again purely down to the way they have treated me.

While buying a Disco 5, We received an outstanding 7 stars service from sales Waheed from beginning to the end. He is extremely friendly, professional and caring for customers. We would definitely buy again from them and also recommend this dealer if anyone needs any LRs.

Went to purchase a car well to view and pay deposit arranged a viewing with Kevin. Arrived with my baby boy and wife and not even greater or even spoken to by the receptionist shocking service I hope the show room manager calls me Kevin has my details felt like I should not be in this dealer ship I look forward in speaking to the show room manager

bought an approved used few months ago then start encountering issues, when called always mentioned will call me back but never did. Problem still yet to be resolved and left me hanging. I didn't expect this poor authorised dealer experience. Everyone looking to buy from them be aware!

Update: after months of discussion, Melton Mowbray LR made things right and ratified the issue, I am very please with the result and re-rating them to 5 stars.
