Grange Land Rover Barnet

My I-Pace broke down on the motorway and got taken in to Grange Barnet which was a dealership with which I no previous repairs. I instantly felt welcome and cared for as soon as I came through the doors with the receptionist making me a much needed coffee ☕️. I then was introduced to the service team who swiftly took note of my concerns. I received my car back 3 days later with all the problems fixed. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this dealership.

Lovely atmosphere, receptionist friendly when entering and guided me to the service team . Excellent aftersales service which a credit to the Grange brand .

I was travelling home and my tyre got a puncture , service helped me get a new tyre and made sure to make a miserable day less stressful. Thanks Abdullah and Megan Miller.

I have been a client of Grange Land Rover Barnet, for a number of years. I have purchased several Land Rover vehicles from them.
My experience has always been excellent, the sales team always helpful, know my needs and go over and above to meet them.
The service team are also excellent and will try their best to accommodate me at all times.

Mike was very helpful when I picked up my new car. He also kept me informed regularly about the car from order to delivery. The whole staff at Grange Barnet sales and service that I have dealt with have been very helpful.

Went to look at an Jaguar XE. Sales staff were very rude and treated my wife and I very coarsely. Treated us like dirt and couldn't wait to get us off their show court. Kept telling us the cars we wanted to look at were sold even though they had prices on and then let an other customer drive the same car right in front of us. I asked the customer if they bought the car and he said NO. Will never go back to this rude dealership or their group.

UPDATE - later after reading the review I got called by Ali who rather than apologise that I had a bad experience, he proceeded to bark at me down the phone how I was wrong. The 'customer' mentioned earlier was a mechanic but none of the staff made this evident during our visit when there was many opportunities to do so.

The sales staff don't seem to care that customers came to look for a car and left unhappily. Going out of their way to prove the customer wrong and talk roughly and over them when they are talking on the phone that they chose to call them on.

I am not happy with the customer service I will never return if Ali a course, rude, arrogant and brash man still works there as that must be the company culture there

Good experience with Grange and found a car I was looking for. I bought used Range rover Velar last week from them. I worked with Yash. Yash was very professional, helpful and easy to work with.
Although there is a technical issue with the car, but they have booked me in for checking. I'm pretty sure that they could sort it out under warranty.

Maybe they are selling all the cars they can get (or I just look too poor) but I didn’t feel they were interested in me as a customer. They were friendly enough and sorted out test drive when I wanted - which is more than I can say of Hatfield branch who still haven’t called back despite two messages left!!!
