Barretts Land Rover Ashford

I purchased an Evoque from Barretts Landrover of Ashford. It was delayed but I was kept updated throughout the whole process. Lovely Team and a great Family Business. The delays are a nightmare but Barretts made it an easy process throughout and kept me updated even when there were no updates. Great service and would highly recommend!

I bought my Evoque from here 4 years ago and since then I have always been well looked after.

Specifically, the service rep Alex Piggott went above and beyond helping me when my car went in for its health check and service.

I work long hours and Alex was kind enough to work around this for me as well as keeping costs friendly for my vehicle.

He was consistently polite and informative which gave me an overall great experience.

The video sent to me of the health check for my car by the service team was very informative and it was great to see the behind the scenes.

I was keen to find another garage due to price, but now I know that I will not be going anywhere else as the price is 100% worth it for the value and quality that you get and how well taken care of you are.

BEWARE ordered a Landrover D90 V8 Carpathian Edition in early 2021, signed a contract and paid my deposit. Car was to be delivered in September 2021 however, it was delayed until July 2022, once it arrived the dealership informed me that I had to sign another contract stating that if I sold the car within the first year I had to sell it to them at trade price and that I was not permitted to modify it. I was also informed that if I did sell it I’d owe them as much as £26.000 in fines 😳 I informed them that once I’d paid cash for the car it was my property and what I did with it was my business. My family have been buying Jaguar and Landrover from Barrett’s in Kent since the early 80’s. Their attitude was take it or leave it, so as a Family we decided to leave it. We are now the proud owner of a Mercedes Benz G Wagon which we were able to purchase from Mercedes Benz World without the racketeering program offered by Barratts of Ashford. So much for loyalty.

This is the 4th car we have purchased from Barretts Land Rover in Ashford. The service they have provided from the sale through to the aftercare is amazing. I am able to ring up with any queries from little to large and they come back to me with a very quick response. Nothing is ever to much. I have and always will recommend to friends & family.

Shocking Service. Booked A Service Online with quoted prices. Receive a call 2 days before the scheduled date saying they cant do it on the date booked and theres a 2 week+ wait, then proceeds to quote a higher price than the LandRover website quotes! Trying to scam their customers and a sub-par service for whats meant to be a luxury brand. Puts me off upgrading to the RR Sport this year!

Barretts landrover have been great with our new car. James and Dave went above and beyond to get the new car ready before Xmas.

We recently bought a car from them. Despite everything being online and by phone only due to the Covid restrictions, I must say that we had an excellent service from Emma and handover manager, David. They gave us a very competitive price in which their competitor were not bothered. Very sure this won’t be our last car with them.
