I come here every couple of months for body massage with Sadaf. She's a great masseur and really makes me feel relaxed and pampered. The room is dim, relaxing and calm with soothing music in the background to add to the relaxation experience. The stone massages in the winter months are much needed for my aches and pains. Highly recommended!

I saw ghazala and she was absolutely great really kind and put me to ease as this was the first time I was having a Hollywood done. She was very professional and very efficient. She waxed really fast to minimise pain and was really lovely to speak with. Thanks for being so kind!

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed. Saima was very friendly and did a good job. She took my feedback on what i wanted and made changes accordingly. This is my regular salon. The staff are friendly and prices are reasonable.

Sadaf has been responsible for my laser hair removal on my legs, neck, bikini area and underarms. She is extremely friendly, making sure I always feel comfortable before and during the treatment. She is always careful to explain the pre and post treatment guidelines.

The actual hair removal has been painless and extremely effective. There are no dark patches from shaving and my skin is now an even tone and smooth from the hair removal.

She has also been extremely accommodating with timing and cancellations, as I don’t finish work until late she always squeezes me on on weekdays after 6:30.

I have attended many salons before and had mixed results. Shumaila’s is my new go-to salon. It’s a welcoming, clean environment.

The service was amazing! Kim kept on checking in with me when I was getting my eyebrows done to make sure I was okay with it which I really appreciated! Both Kim and Aman were lovely to talk to and had a super positive vibe. Definitely recommend this branch.

Went for a deep tissue massage. Booked a package of 6 - excellent value for money. The salon is small and simple - nothing fancy but they make an effort with the lighting and the soothing music. I had a lot of stiffness and loads of knots in my upper back. Saddaf was my masseuse, she is excellent and knows what she is doing and just after 1 session, my back felt so much more supple and she managed to reduce my knots considerably and after 3 sessions, they were almost gone. My back feels less stiff now and the pain is much much better. Really pleased with the service. I think after I complete my package of 6, I'm going to book another one and keep up with regular massages and they really do work.

I have had 8 sessions of laser done now at Shumaila’s and I am really pleased with the results so far. I have quite thick hair, but noticed a big difference even after the first session and now I have very little hair growth at all. Sabaf is doing my laser and she is so friendly and professional. The salon is clean and I would definitely recommend it to others wanting to try laser hair removal.
