Always had an amazing experience at SS Aesthetics. Shamima is so kind and professional and the clinic is always clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to anyone! Had the brightening facial a few times and the results were amazing! My favourite has to be the microneedling where just one session made such a significant difference to my skin! Thank you 😊

My skin is white (not pale) and the laser treatment in this establishment didn't work. The reason why I'm giving this one star is because of the lack of professionalism I encountered post treatment. Prior to my treatment, the owner kept repeating to me that her machine works on fair skin perfectly, so I shouldn't worry. When I went back a few weeks later and showed her that there had been zero effect whatsover, she just shrugged it off and refused to offer me even a partial refund of the £180 I had paid her for nothing, on the grounds that she had already incurred the cost herself by using her machine on me. Absolutely no interest in the fact that I had just squandered £180 because she had failed to warn me that there was a chance this wouldn't work on my tone of skin, as any professional should have done.

My advice if you have a fair skin:
- Go somewhere else where they do not use diode technology.
- If for some reason you insist on this establishment, ask for a patch test. Leave it a few weeks (not days!). See if it's worked, then and only then decide whether you should have the treatment.
- Don't listen to words of reasurance that this will work perfectly on you. Try before you buy.

Ive been wanting to get full body laser hair removal for a while now, and after looking into different businesses I found SS Aesthetics on Instagram. I booked in my first appointment via Instagram dm, Shamima delivered great customer service, which made me comfortable for my appointment. I just had my 4th session today, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! There was a body area where I bought up my concerns about the hair growth. Sham was quick to inform me of why different parts of hair grows at different speeds and ensured to pay more attention to that area in my laser session today. The service, and results are just brilliant! I’m excited to finish off my 6 session course, and see the positive end results!!

This place is my go - to for facials and all my skin dilemmas. I have combination skin, so sometimes I suffer from dryness and at other times from hyperpigmentation. Shamila is the best I’ve come across, and I’ve been to many. Each time she leaves my skin looking clear and glowing, just the perfect experience. She knows my skin very well.
The place is also very tranquil and also super clean. I highly recommend all facial treatments here.

Did the dermaplaning course today with Shamima, she was brilliant, so friendly, taught me everything I needed to know and made sure I was confident before leaving!
Wouldn’t 100% recommend doing another course with her.

Had the most amazing facial by the loveliest lady who was not only professional but very kind and caring. Talked me through the treatment throughout and helped me relax after a very busy week. Enjoyed so much I’ve booked in again as a birthday treat and can’t wait. Would most definitely recommend the cashmere facial ladies.

I had a Swedish massage by the therapist Mia . It was really enjoyable felt great , she listened to my needs and she was lovely and so were the other staff in the salon. The salon was very clean and well kept. 100 percent recommended to anyone

I have visited ss aesthetics several times now and every treatment ive had, has been so worth it! Shameema knows what she is doing and amazing at her profession! The location is great, salon is always clean and she always pays 100% attention to your needs. They offer several services and also have a range of dermaquest products and services at the salon which you cant find easily in leicester. I definately would recommend this salon to anyone who is serious about skin and want an excellent service as well as really good products for every skin need.
