One of the best centres I been too. I particularly dealt with Patience who has an excellent customer services and goes above and beyond to assist you. Her service is 10/10 and made my laser journey pleasant and easy.

Service was great! Patience is lovely and accommodating, she takes good care of my skin, she advocates for me making sure I have the correct treatment for my skin problem. And she’s very positive which really helps lighten up the mood during a treatment.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. From the beginning the therapist managed to offend me. Firstly asking me if I had considered laser for my upper lip hair. I barely have any, and do not appreciate going to a beauty salon to have ‘faults’ pointed out to me. It was tactless and didn’t put me at ease. The facial itself the end result was actually great, skin looked clear and hydrated. The process however, in large part due to the therapist, was not a relaxing experience. It was brisk and didn’t make me feel comfortable. I won’t be returning.

Not only has this been the most effective laser treatment I’ve received Patience offers the best service. She’s both accurate and efficient but what makes her a star is how friendly and positive she is. Dare I say she makes it a pleasure to be zapped?!

I see this lovely lady - Patience Loemba. It has been four sessions that I have here in Skin Clinic and the treatment was very smooth and especially Patience has been very friendly. I am extremely happy with the result now and can’t wait to see the final result.

Had a chemical peel today. Therapist was very professional and offered good advice. Overall experience was very positive and facial was relaxing.

The service is excellent at Chiswick, I am having my sessions with Patience, she is funny, friendly, and professional. I started my hair laser removal and then booked my Hydra-facial with her.

This is from far the best clinic I have been to for laser treatment! The service is great and the staff is super friendly.
