Had an appointment booked to see about Laser eye surgery or lens replacement. Must be honest and say I nearly cancelled due to nerves and the uncertainty of the procedure, but was made to feel very welcome upon my arrival and the coffee was lovely. From start to finish, everything was explained to me very clearly and the eye test, though thorough, was nothing to worry about even with the eye drops.
All of the staff were extremely professional and a credit to Optical Express.
I'll shortly be having the lens replacement procedure and I cant wait!
Thank you very much for all your help and advice, I will certainly recommend you to friends and family.

Had lens replacement in both eyes in March 2019 and I am so pleased with the results. Worcester branch staff were so professional and helpful they gave me all the information I needed and it helped talking to other clients that had the same procedure. I had my surgery done in Birmingham and staff there were just as nice putting me at ease.my results are fantastic I don't ever need to wear contact lenses or glasses for driving/tv etc the world looks a brighter place and I recommend anyone that's thinking about it to at least have a chat with the team as the first consultation is free and yes I read many customer reviews and there are good as well as bad reviews but at the end of the day I decided I was going to go for it and so glad I did ..many thanks to all the staff at Worcester especially and Birmingham too

Good thank you apart from waiting 30 mins before my treatment but that seems to be the norm with your company. I have never been seen on time, in fact when I had my eyes “tweaked” it was 75 mins before my treatment in Bristol, , consequently the parking charge in the cat park was £13.00!

Initial consultation here and tests were quick and explained fully. Referrals were then made for surgery to Birmingham and it was all a very straight forward experience. I'm completely over the moon with my results and I'm only 24hrs in. I would recommend anyone to go through the procedure as it is life changing.

Friendly welcome, great service in the branch, however, they promised the world until they had my money. Their customer service through the pandemic was non existent and since getting back to normal their call centre hid behind their T&C's making no allowances for the closures, many of the staff have moved on, and trying to get simple issues that should have been part of my aftercare turned into OE trying to extort additional money out of me to fix simple issues. IF you go with OE ensure you have EVERYTHING in writing, if you are experiencing issues after surgery, ensure you don't settle for "Oh that will get better in time" that's just a fob off to ensure you sign off the initial surgery and they will then charge you more later. 20 working days for decisions to be made... while you are left uncomfortable or with impaired vision. THERE ARE MANY CONSULTANTS WHO OFFER THIS PROCEDURE WHO OFFER A FAR SUPERIOR FACE to FACE SERVICE AND AFTERCARE!
OE are far to interested in just taking your money!

Shocking customer service, free eye test and voucher but no glasses, supposed to be ordering some in and contacting me, 6 weeks later, nothing, never answer the phone, open 1 day a week

Liz and Abby were really friendly and welcoming. The team adhered to covid guidelines and ensured we were very well distanced from the one other client in the centre.
Everything was explained to me clearly by Abby & I was invited to ask questions on several occasions.
The consultation was completely painless and everything was explained to me every step of the way by Tarik.
His knowledge and understanding of my illnesses was a great comfort and I was pleasantly surprised that he knew about the effects of lyme disease.
Many thanks for making a potentially daunting experience so relaxing. J
