Belsize Lane Launderette

As a regular customer, I was shocked how clean the machines and the shop was yesterday. When I inquired I meet a young man who seems to be the new Owner. Very friendly and polite and glad that is under a new management. Well done! And keep up great work!

£7.00 for a small wash + £1.00 for every 6 minutes in the tumble drier, but clean and most machines seem to be working. Better value, however, to take your own laundry liquid or washing powder than to buy it there. 😉

I come here every 10 days, quick and easy service, is open for long hours. They have a lovely lady at the reception who always greets me well, and helps customers figure out how to use the machine, and dryer. While waiting for the laundry, you can visit the cafes outside.

I am an American and I haven't been to a coin laundry in years let alone one that's setup differently due to the country differences. The attendant immediately noticed my confusion and proactively walked me through the process. I really appreciated her assistance. Cheers!

In the middle of the square its peachful and there i internet at the launderette or time to catch up on a read. Frustrating when people leave the washing but when you do get the machine you can sit and watch the drums whirring around, a little bit of me time and the best bit tI dont need to iron very much I get back as the drier doesnt crumple the wash so much

Fantastic launderette. Open late, change machine that accepts coins & cards & Helpful staff. The dryers dry clothes really well in a short time. I will make this my new launderette when needed. Glad to have found it.

We used this laundrette when our washing machine broke. I will definitely use again if needed.

Actually shocked I’ve been using this laundrette for years. Don’t know whoo the woman is, who answers the phone. The rudeness and attitude is unheard of. So, so rude. Went to collect washing at 9:45pm. Laundrette states it shuts at 10pm and the doors were locked. Phone to ask and her attitude is unbelievable telling me it’s not her problem she leaves by 5, if I look it’s in a bag by the door with a stinking attitude (like I’m an idiot) you’d think it would be in the bag I came with in the first place, or at least explain that it’s in a different bag. Everybody almost everybody is in some crisis or another kindness and a helpful nature would go really far in our community atm! Shame
