The Staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. The washing machines are faulty, as are the dryers. On one occasion, a machine got stuck on a washing cycle for over an hour, before i had to repeatedly ask for help to fix it. On a more recent occasion i paid £4 to dry my clothes in a dryer (20 mins worth), and when the cycle had finished, the clothes were still cold and wet. When i tried to explain this to the staff, not only were they very defensive, they refused to take any responsibility and BLAMED ME for not constantly checking the dryer to see if it was still hot or not! Despite the fact there was no viable signage in place to tell you to check your dryer, which the staff apprehensively admitted too......eventually.

To sum up. Temperamental machines and terrible customer service. From now on i will be taking my washing elsewhere. I suggest you think twice before visiting this Launderette.

I took in a load of laundry to be washed and ironed which was 20% less than the previous load I'd had done there the week before however I was charged more. When I challenged this I was told it had gone in a more expensive dryer (made no sense!) and even though there was 20% less to iron it still came in more expensive. Commercial businesses like this rely on customer good will and trust both of which these people have failed to provide. The ironing wasn't even that good so will be going elsewhere for service wash and iron.

£30 for a big service wash that's 25 or less elsewhere, zip on bag broken, socks not paired, stuff not folded well. Usually I get stuff paired, folded nice equals less creases, won't be going back

At first impression the staff were concerned about was my daughter getting out before closing time. This did put us off at first. At closing time they were more understanding and allowed her the extra few minutes to dry her items. She made an error and put £5 in the dryer as she mistook it for the washer. She raised this with the staff there but they did not offer any support or advice. It was the first time she used a coin operated launderette. Luckly she was able to get some extra money to complete the task. Can you please consider genuine errors and offer a refund if you are informed of it as soon as it occurred.

Very friendly and helpful, had a service wash done and am very happy with results, same day return.
Reasonable price so will definitely go back.

Visited today for the first time. Having read the reviews I think they are unfair. Turned up with a massive ikea bag (you know the ones) with three lots of bed sheets at 9am on Saturday. The lovely lady turned them round by 2pm. Received all folded up, back in my bag, made sure it was a clean bag ;-) which I thought for £15 was good value. She didn’t even need a name or anything and remembered me for pick up. I’ll be back next Saturday.

I just needed 3 down jackets washed and dried.quick wash and dry it was done in just over an hour. Nice staff and great place to do your washing.

Very prompt service. Just be sure you give them your details and make very sure to state that you do not want any of the plastic bags that you supply your washing in back, or they put the clean clothes back into the soiled bags.
