Today I used a laundry place for first time.
This place is friendly and easy to use. I am very happy I chose to go there. Cheap, not busy and friendly .

THE STAFF HERE ARE FRIENDLY THE PLACE LOOKS NICE BUT ITS VERY COLD AND THEY NEED NEW DRYERS.THEY PLACE CAMERAS IN THEIR BUSINESS ACTING LIKE THEY ARE SECURE BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY I WAS TRYING TO RETRIEVE BUT NO ONE WAS THERE THEREFORE THEIR SERVICE IS POOR.THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR PLACE AND SERVICES ASAP.

First time use of this launderette. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained the whole site was. No staff were around but I didn’t need any help. The change machine makes so much sense when machines are coin operated.

Don't come here, there are better ones around.
Machines are faulty and money gets stuck in the machine, plus there are no staff to assist. What a waste of time.
Machines are not maintained and don't wash\dry properly 👎👎👎👎

Very clean, well maintained. For suggestions on improvements, I think a table in the corner would be a nice addition for folding clothes. I would love to have left 5 stars, but I called several times, and left 2 messages. One of which was because I dropped my passport in my travels, I explained this and never got a return call.

Also has large dryer, quite convenient . Rmb to bring cash *

When you enter in the laundry you feel like in the jail, everything is forbidden, and you don’t have information about nothing. How much money you need to use the dryer? Each pound how many time is? Just insert coins and you must be lucky to don’t spend more money that you need. Is included the powder in the machine or you must bring? Who knows till you start the machine, and the answer is YES, you must bring your powder. The floor is dirty and half of dryers doesn’t work. There’s not any space to keep the clothe or just to carry from the washer to the dryer.

Wife popped back into the shop today when the manager (Austin) was in. She said he was really lovely and understanding and refunded her £10 instantly. He is also going to raise how rude the other lady was on the phone who just kept ignoring my wife's calls.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Wife visited at 10:30 this morning when their change machine stole my wife's last £10. Contacted the attendants but now over 7 hours later they are choosing to ignore all of my wife's calls and texts. Avoid at all costs. Dreadful service. Despite being a previously loyal customer we will NOT be returning.
