Circuit Launderette

If possible, you should try to avoid using this launderette. Machines are not pending, dryers do not dry or the complete launderette is not working. Sometimes the app will steal you your whole budget.
Lost a lot of nerves in this place.

Really terrible service, the machines just are not reliable at all. And there is almost never onsite staff that knows how to deal with the problems

There are constantly broken machines and issues inside of this launderette. The company provided a very poor service and cost you alot of money in the process... It currently costs £3 for a wash (which doesn't wash your clothes properly) and £1.50 for a dry (which doesn't dry your clothes properly).

There are not enough machines for everyone living on campus to do their washing, and it get very busy (no machines available at all) during the day time.

The app is useless and there is no phone signal inside so you will struggle to even start a wash unless you go and pay for a card and then pay to put credit onto it...

giving this 0 stars wouldn't suffice as it wouldn't contribute to the solid 1 star average rating which is probably circuit laundry's biggest achievement, seeing as they can barely achieve sustaining their god awful washing machines, that do the complete opposite of what they're meant to do. do you seriously expect me to walk around in damp clothing because your machines require two cycles to get the job they're meant to do, done? why would i want to pay £1.50 for a simple dry twice when even paying it once is extortion? i wouldn't mind paying so much if the machines actually functioned as intended, and don't even get me started on when there's an outage. this company seems to have absolutely 0 problem processing my minimum deposit of £5 and loading it into my balance, but it does have a great issue with dealing with my money; such as when it double charges you, or when the app doesnt work at all and you're all stood there in a tiny sweltering hot launderette getting very annoyed because absolutely nobody can wash their clothes. i shouldn't have to travel all the way into ormskirk to try and find a functioning launderette that actually cleans and dries my clothing as its meant to be but here we are i guess, because circuit cares so little about its customers that it would rather take a two week holiday from repairing its absolutely abysmal app than do what's best for all its customers. of course there's nothing we can do about this because circuit laundry is the only available launderette on campus, if you don't wash your clothes there, you can; go and waste more money in another launderette, that you'll probably never use again because its extremely inconvenient; wait another 12 hours for circuit to realise their profit margins are slimming and repair the machines like an actual functioning washing machine company should; or stink. that's it. those are your options. choose wisely, and remember that there is absolutely no good option at all! when this company goes bankrupt im going to celebrate because dealing with this heaping nuclear mass of a company is ruining my life.
