Really don't like one of your members of staff, she is rude and ignorant. I asked to use a dryer and she put £1 extra in and smiled at me but tho all the washing was dry! Also she is very rude to other customers. I use your laundrette weekly and find that when she is there I don't fell very comfortable bye the way she treat she people, she shouldn't be working there she is a horrible, rude, ignorant woman!!!

Avoid at all costs and find a different laundrette! Worst customer service I've every experienced. The lady who works there is very rude. The tumble dryer alerted that needed the lint cleaning out which she needed asking several times to do. She denied that it needed cleaning and stated she didn't know what to do. She then found her keys and all of sudden, knew how to clean the lint. The machine then took my money in front of her eyes. She offered me half the refund, when she clearly new it was their fault. All this laundrette cares about is the money and doesn't think about returning custom. For the sake of £1 and poor customer service I would of expected better from a laundrette in this day and age!

Machines are not updated and they only take specfic types of coins and with no worker there it was hard to get change.

Advertised phone number doesn't work - perhaps they've closed down.

Very friendly and helpful owner(?).

The people are nice enough, but clothes came back smelling very unclean after a service wash.

Very busy. On the door they mentioned 6 people only. But so many people inside. There is no waste bin. No tables for folding clothes from dryer machine. All the the washing machines very very dirty surrounding the tub greenish colour diry. All the machines need to do deep cleaning. Water pressure is very low. Need lots of improvements.

Have used this Launderette several times to dry bed linen. Owner very friendly and helpful also gave me pound coins to use in the dryer. Happy to recommend.
