Purchased our property with ease with Kidd Rapinet when Karen White was working there in 2019. Sold the property through Kidd Rapinet in 2021 and the experience was completely the opposite. Our solicitor Sam-Alexander left without informing us, the locum solicitor seemed unorganised and soon left and the secretary also left in the space of a few months. The new Locum Vipin was great and finally got the sale over the line. Unfortunately, due to this poor experience, I wouldn't recommend Kidd Rapinet or use in the future

Typical I suppose of mortgage legal teams not to reply or ignore you but this legal practice goes that extra step further to make you feel uncomfortable during already stressful times.

During the time I have dealt with them I have had three lawyers working on my case all inept in their own special way. I have been waiting for a lease extension now for over a year with delays brought on by the staffs laziness. I have had to chase and provide information myself from companies this legal team should have and they always just push the blame when actually it is their side that is holding things up.

13 months after completion I have still not had my lease extension that was promised upon completion. I personally would avoid them at all costs due to their lack of communication and basic laziness to get the job done.
