Very horrible experience with JMW. After property purchase there is no one who takes full responsibility and accountable to complete the property purchase processes. I have been chasing them for 11 months and still lots of processes are due. And now I am getting notices from every corner to pay additional notice fee for incompleteness and late payments. JMW team is a failure to serve sincerely to their clients. I have even tried to escalate the matter but nothing I heard back for 2 months even after escalation. You can imagine how much do they care for a client. I am chasing property management company myself and trying to setup a bridge between my solicitors and management companies to get the things done. Even, I am not aware what other things are pending for which I will pay notice fee in future. This was my worst decision ever to go with JMW. Would never recommend anyone to go with JMW.

Never thought I would give 5 atari rating to any solicitor. JMW Solicitor were professional,
responsive and timely in closing my deal with foundation home loans. One of the best solicitor I have dealt with from past 5 years

Used Joanne @ JMW for my recent house purchase. Being a first time buyer, I underestimated how much leg work solicitors have to do! On short and demanding time frames I must add. Unfortunately the sellers solicitor wasn’t as on the ball as we were hoping but Joanne kept the pressure it was required. Would definitely recommend.
