Offhand telephone receptionist. When I asked if I needed to make an appointment to collect my mother's will, I was told dismissively: "Janet or Claire will sort it out for you". No indication of who these people are; no clarification of whether or not I need to make an appointment. Guess who WON'T be looking after my future legal business?

Both my partner and I were extremely impressed with how well the stressful process of purchasing a house was handled by TWM. We broke the chain by selling my partner's flat a few months before so we had recent experiences with different solicitors - wish we had used TWM for this as well in retrospect. Highly recommend.
