I used Vincent Solicitors to help with over seeing my mortgage purchase. I was given a approximate completion date. I was dealing with Jack Andrea via email who was keeping me up to date with the process and then during the final week of the completion date he went the extra mile to make sure it was done in time. At this point we was dealing with each other over the phone. Very professional and made it all a very nice experience for my first home purchase. Also thank you to the rest of the team who helped. Look forward to doing business with you again in the near future.

Was meant to post this last month. Everyone at Vincent's Preston were amazing, particularly Luke and Elliot who helped me throughout my first time buy. I had an offer accepted in early February and was in by 20th of April. They did everything for me and stayed on top of every detail. Credit where credit is due. They've been fantastic!

Wouldn't ever recommend vincents to anyone! They were acting as my buyers solicitor and they were absolutely diabolical! Until Gail took over and got it done within 2 weeks! All hail Gail! However prior to Gail a sale with no chain either side took 6 MONTHS to complete! Absolutely shocking.

Great experience with Vincent’s conveyancing team in Penwortham for both sale and purchase. Jemma and her Team were very efficient. They were proactive, they returned every call and every email in a timely manner and were very helpful with any queries I raised. Contacted this solicitors due to extreme medical negligence at the beginning of October. Was told they want the case, never heard or received anything weeks after. Emailed numerous times, no response, rang and said they will send paperwork asap. 2 months later still nothing. Went with another solicitors who jumped on my case and sent paperwork to sign the same day! Don’t recommend unless you want to wait months for even a response! If you’re lucky to get a response..

Vincents were recommended to us by our estate agents who we later found out receive a referral fee. I can only think this is the only reason they would ever recommend them. Since the start we have found it incredibly difficult to speak to anyone. When we have managed to get through and suggest the next steps to the person who is supposed to advise you, not the other way round, they promise to call back and to date have never called back, an impressive record. We have now waited for over a week to receive an updated mortgage offer for one of the buyers further down the chain, literally had to change the name and address of the solicitors. When I asked what was being done they said they had emailed and were waiting for a response. After 5 months and several missed completion dates and email is not good enough. Maybe pick up the phone and start making some phone calls. When I suggested this I was greeted with yes, I suppose we could do that!. We are still waiting. As you may sense I would not highly recommend this company if you actually want any advice or the job doing that you are paying them for without doing it yourself. Remember guys, cheap is not cheerful
