Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We were buying from a building company and they wanted a very quick turnaround. They were so fantastic even the estate agent we were buying from said how thorough and on the ball they were. They kept us updated all the time and it went so smoothly. We were buying and selling and our solicitors were on top of it all. Highly recommend and can not fault one thing and it helped they were such lovely people. Fantastic

I found Bana Vaid great to work with. I really felt they had my best interests at heart. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I found Nicky great to deal with, extremely personable and relatable which is exactly what you want when going through the stress in moving. This is the second time we have used Bana Vaid & Associates for conveyancing and they were efficient and professional both times. My primary contact was Nicky and I found her no nonsense, slightly abrupt manner refreshing and reassuring. Her instructions were clear and concise, there was no need for discussion or for me to waste my time or their time checking if things were done. We started the legal process on the 13th May 2021 and completed on the 28th June 2021. I can recommend Bana Vaid & Associates.
