If I could give negative stars I would. AVOID, Mr. Cain is not responsive, very rude to others, charge to reply to emails and hold a refund that does not belong to him. I have overpaid for estimate charges last year, I then found out how much the actual charges were, requested the £80 refund, chased him 3 times over the past month, never received any response. I guess Cain needs £80 pounds more than I do. He was also very rude to my solicitor and called her names. I have emails to prove if necessary. AVOID, there are way better and more professional people in this field out there.

I've used Winston Cain for 20 years. He has gone above and beyond. And solved all sorts of complicated problems quickly. He's great to deal with and I'd trust him with my life.

I have used multiple firms in the past and Cain Associates by far are the best conveyancers I have used. I have thus far used them for 3 transactions and just instructed them for the 4th. I have dealt with both Mr Cain and Miss Osborne and find them both to be professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. Highly recommend this firm.

Mr. Cain has provided the best legal advice and professional service to myself and my husband in the last 18 years. We have several properties and investments which Mr.Cain has handled with the utmost professionalism. I cannot for a second fault his advice which has saved me from making huge financial mistakes several times! He is a super busy gentleman but that’s because everyone needs him! Be patient and you will be rewarded. Couldn’t wish for a better gentleman to handle our affairs. He truly is a gentleman. Thank you a million times over.
PS, we’ve only met Mr.Cain a few times 18+ years ago, but the relationship is there. You’d be lucky having him on your side advising you!!

From personal experience this man (Mr Cain, he won't disclose his first name) is arrogant, rude and unresponsive to emails and calls. His answerphone message is embedded in my memory due to the amount of time I have had to listen to it only to be cut off. Wish I had reviewed prior!

Please please please save yourself from them. All of them are extremley unorganised , unprofessional, not approachable, unbelievably slow and arrogant.

If you don't want to waste your time and money and not have a stressful process, avoid them in any where in the chain of events/process from any side. You will get replies that case handlers are off for most of the time!!!!!
