i had an accident with a old car and alot of firms offered me old replacement vehicles. a friend of mine recommended me to this accident management company and advised that they are really professional and the whole claims process is hassle free. i decided to give them and ring and booked an appointment. Once I have been to the office i realised i was at the right place - the staff were really friendly and helpful and most importantly they reassured me that they will take care of the whole situation of the hassle of going through a claim. they provided me with a brand new 2015 replacement vehicle straight away which i was really happy with.. i just received my personal injury cheque today and i am really happy i made the right choice to use this company.

Having used Black and White Accident Management for the past 4 years, I can genuinely say they are one of the best companies around to deal with injury claims, vehicle repairs, courtesy cars etc.. On all occasions the vehicle was repaired to a dealership level quality and has never looked better! A courtesy car was provided as soon as possible and it was better then a like for like model. The level of customer service that was provided was excellent especially from Shakib, who dealt with the claim from start to finish and made sure I was kept informed of everything. Every staff member made sure all queries were dealt with straight away.

Iwas recommended here by my friend who previously used this company. I was hit from the rear and my car needed recovery - they sent out a recovery within 60 minutes and gave me replacement within 24 hours. My car was also repaired and returned back to me within 3 weeks. Overall i am really happy with how quickly they dealt witht he damage of my car without me paying my excess as thats what my insurer wouldve charged me.

I required physiotherapy as my back pain was really bad, they got that sorted as NHS waiting list was very long. I had rehabilitation for about 4 weeks before i was ready to be discharged. I have also now received my personal injury compensation.

The whole process was really quick and easy. I dont know why people go through their insurers to get messed around. Everyone should choose a good accident management comapny and for me i will always use Black & White.

I have had a few accidents and I have always come to this company to deal with it. They have always helped me out and resolved my issues. One of my claims the liability was the liability was disputed but they managed to take the case to court and get it resolved before trial. I am very happy with the outcome.

I normally don't leave reviews but felt obliged for the outstanding service I received from this company - they always provide updates via sms/email to keep you updated and also work very efficiently. My repair was done very quickly and the replacement credit hire car was excellent.
