Kilburn Library Centre

Worst library ever!!! Kids running around and making too much noise ! Kids are not there to learn - just playing ! Most of them are brought by people who are looking after other people's kids! Feels like a kid nursery not a library ! People using and shouting over the phone openly !

A Somalian man who works there is a very very rude member of staff. Also the place is full of Secondary School children who are always making a noise and talking on their phones. The staff do nothing about it.

Good library in terms of books and space but there's a lot of slack in here as there's screaming children and ppl using it as a hang out space. please enforce the rules more.

A manager of library more noisier than other people. They standing next to the tables as people are reading and studying. When i said you cant talk loud they was so rude to me. They didnt opolugise and the manager chewing the gumy. Hahah i forgot their job just counting books. Thats it

I am very happy with the service in the library. The staff are very professional and kind especially the Library manager he is very helpful and polite. He deserves 5 stars, he has excellent experience and amazing communication skills. He is always there when someone needs help. I wish him all the best Its a very nice place and good environment.

URGENT MESSAGE TO THE LIBRARY MEMBERS: I want to complain about the lady security in the library Kilburn she is very unprofessional she was very rude to me they had 0 communication skills and no experience with the members of the library she told me to shut up and I heard her being rude to the other members we were not allowed to speak and ask questions I was very disappointed and upset. The people do not feel safe she is a woman security she just sits around and is not doing her job properly. She is most of the time on the phone. The body language is very rude.This lady security is unacceptable she needs to be sacked. The other staff members are excellent only her. PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY. SHE DESERVES -1000.

BREAKING NEWS
we are very sad to hear the current library manager in kilburn library center is leaving, he was very kind, helpful and polite.
He has been with us in the library for many years and every time i came to library he would go above and beyond to help me with any issue that i have.
the library will not the same without him here. and i am hoping that the new manager can fill his shoes.
i wish the him best because he is the best.
