Valence Library

Nice friendly staff in tranquil surrounds of a busy library. Also cafe and archive centre in building at rear . The beautiful Valence House is next door which is a museum of local history. Well worth a visit.

Very nice, friendly, welcoming and modest setting. I come here to study for my professional exams and development and sure it's a modest environment to study. In a library of this size, expecting to see all books/reference material in all fields maybe asking too much. Thanks to this community and the staff for being here. Much appreciated.

been using this library 45+ years lovely place with very helpful staff

The best part about this library is the staff. They are friendly and helpful and I recommend this library. My children have lovely memories of storytimes, singing and creative arts here. Please use this library as much as you can as I know it is a positive place in the community

My kids love this library. Very nice and quiet place.

I moved to this area and using this library in my free time when I need peace full and quite place this is not a library to sit where you can do any assessment and test or any quite reading this is a place like a council office where people come and talk their council issues at counter and both people and staff talk loudly once I get irritated and run off.

Very well run , Stacey does an amazing job.
All the staff are very helpful, excellent customer service always there to help.
Well worth a visit, even for just a warm drink and lunch.
