I had my ford transit key snap in my ignition yesterday I gave this company a call they said no problem come into our store today. Adam cut me a new key for my ford transit this morning and it works perfect, so safely back on the road! Would highly recommend.

Very good service as usual, have been using hatt,s for years, and moved away 12 years ago, but while on a visit to Buckinghamshire needed a grade 5 padlock for a job on my return home, no locksmiths near my home town sell these, so I would have to order it online, but hatt had several makes and grades on the shelf.
Reasonable prices, and availability is key in the locksmith industry. Pardon the pun.

Very quick and efficient service with all options explained (non-emergency, but we didn't want it to become one), charged exactly as per estimate. An old-fashioned local service in the best sense, the sort you feel nostalgic about. Use it or lose it!
