ITCC Locksmiths

We got locked out. I called ITCC and was guaranteed it would cost me £45, even after I asked if the price was all inclusive. We were told the door couldn't be opened without breaking the lock - not sure the locksmith really even tried - ended up paying more than £300. We really feel we have been taken advantage of and lied to. Avoid at all costs !

Our twin boys have reached the climbing stage and I decided to fit some window things. Found the number for a local locksmiths, ITCC.

I left my purse on the bus and had my keys in it. I found ITCC Locksmiths on the web. After speaking with Meir, we arranged to meet outside my house. He arrived very quickly, I was back inside my home in no time at all. I got my spare keys and got onto the bus company. My purse was handed in so I was very happy all round. I have stored Meir’s number just in case.

The battery on my safe died and I couldn’t remember where the key was. I brought it into ITCC key shop and was advised by Colin it will not be reusable. As I only needed the paperwork inside, I said go ahead. Within 5 minutes I had my paperwork. A job well done.

I have never been to this shop before but since I had two faulty door locks, I called at the shop to see if they could help.
Straight away the gentleman there made a call and then told me one of their mobile engineers would be with me within an hour.
Forty minutes later, a most charming Romanian engineer arrived, inspected the two doors and locks and within no more than twenty minutes both were working perfectly.
Not cheap but then I know I have bought quality.

Please note that ITCC uses other locksmith's companies depending on the zone ( I was not aware). I had a faulty locker, they sent Lock services London Ltd, and although the work was done they charged 787.30£ for 1h30min of work (installing a new locker and drilling). The call out was 89£ and not 49£ as mentioned on the phone. They also don't tell prices over the phone, so don't use them or you will have a surprise at the end, like I had. Ah and the locksmith told me that I had a discount...not sure were...

A set of door keys was stolen. Meir arrived within 30 minutes, and true to his telephone estimate replaced three locks for £160 including £50 labour. Each lock has 5 spare keys. He was very pleasant indeed and gave some helpful advice. Outstanding service.

Outstanding locksmiths. Really know what they’re doing and managed to get us back into our apartment without needing to change the lock, which we were told would need to be done by another locksmith. Great value and highly recommended
