Fantastic service from Ross today. My sliding door was locked shut and he recommended that he installed two new locks, given that replacing the existing lock like for like would be more expensive. I've ended up with an even more secure door now, at a lower cost than a straight lock replacement. Really pleased with the outcome, I'll definitely use his services again should the need arise.

We had been let down by two local locksmiths. Ross came out of his area , turned up when he said he would , had to order parts , which he did & returned 48 hours later to complete the job. Excellent service & I would highly recommend

Excellent service! Ross responded as soon as he got my message and came round in a very short time. He did 2 jobs for us, and charged just 1 hour's labour + parts. I'm very happy with everything, and I would definitely recommend him

From start to finish Ross was incredibly professional and efficient. My call was answered promptly and a convenient time to visit my house was arranged. Ross called 30 mins in advance to confirm he was on his way and was very punctual. He assessed the work that needed to be done and informed me what my options were. He ordered the necessary parts and told me he could carryout the repairs the following day. In the meantime he fitted a temporary locking system so I could secure my house overnight. Ross arrived the following day at the agreed time and completed all works to a high standard, he even noticed an issue with another door and rectified this free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ross again and would highly recommend him to others.

Problem with the connecting door into the conservatory. Called LockRite & Ross was out within the hour. Very friendly & knowledgeable despite the challenge of a new piece of kit that wasn’t working properly itself. But all sorted in the end. Extremely helpful. Definitely use again & recommend this company.

Brilliant service from Ross, not only replaced door locking mechanism, but solved the issues with some dropped french doors that had caused the problem in the first place. Offered good advice around the cylinders which we replaced too, as ours were old and not up to standard.
Very conscientious worker with superb attention to detail, would happily recommend and will definitely use again.

Called Ross to change and repair some door locks. He is very quick to respond and very punctual. He is obviously really experienced- gave good recommendation and completed the job within 20 minutes. Even spotted and did a minor repair while he was working on the main lock. Highly recommended!
