After a good meal, it was lovely to walk here by the marina.
Fresh air, calm and serene.
If you wanna jog here, you can too.
There are benches nearby and theres the loo and the ferry too.

We popped along here to get some photos for my boyfriend who is a photographer 📸.
These are a few shots I took, it's beautiful from the point if view, a different view of the spinnaker tower.

There cannot be a better positioned Marina in the south coast than Haslar Marina, located just inside Portsmouth Harbour enterance (on the left hand side) means you are out into open water within a few minutes you can go to plane and head either East or West to locations within the Solent and further a field. You are now also able to get lifted if your a motorboat up to 12m in the new purpose built boat yard which is accessed in Haslar Lake located on the right after passing under Haslar Bridge.

The food was good. I cannot eat big portions now. But they were. Big. OK if you like loads of food.
The service was excellent
Nothing to much trouble from the staff.
I apologise to the waitress for leaving my plate still with food on it.
I am in my 70s so cannot eat like I use to years ago.
But I will still go back

Generally we have had very good experiences at Haslar. However when we returned to the marina on Sunday evening there were no trolleys available on the Marina, which was annoying and we hauled all our gear off the boat to the car. I called into the marina office to advise them that no trolleys were available and the response was extremely poor, basically we are too busy!
The team seem to forget they are in a service industry and customer service should be at the forefront of what they do, they should be able to plan and move trolleys back to the marina for customers who are returning after the weekend - it shouldn't be a surprise that berth holders need trolleys on a Sunday evening!
And to be clear the one star review isn't because trolleys weren't available it is 100% because of the attitude of the staff member sitting in the office at 17.30 on Sunday the 11th September.

Such a great marina. Deep water, facilities that are modern, clean and tidy. There's a quick clean rig on the outer pontoon for a bottom scrub, should you wish. Portsmouth shops just across by ferry, and a delightful outlook.

Early appraisal as I haven't eaten here yet. Looks and feels great (well it is brand new). Menu is highly priced but as always, anything to do with boats is always inflated! Friendly staff and dog friendly
