JN Massage & Recovery Centre never disappoints. I suffer a lot from back pain and have had a range of massage treatments to alleviate it. Every one I’ve had so far, I leave feeling better and it has definitely helped alleviate my back pain overtime.

Furthermore, the treatment rooms are warm and inviting and I cannot fault the service either. Justyna and Georgina are both wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs treatment or just wants to treat themselves.

I honestly won't go anywhere else for a massage since I've found this gem of a business - nowhere else has come close to offering the same experience and value for money! I have been going to JN Massage and Recovery Centre since May 2021 for various massage treatments, mainly deep tissue to help with various back complaints, and it is amazing what a difference it makes to my wellbeing and muscle recovery! I book in with Georgina and she is absolutely amazing at what she does - she has the best pressure and can always identify my problem areas to tailor each treatment accordingly, also providing me with aftercare advice. Georgina and the rest of the team are very welcoming and make you feel completely at ease. The treatment rooms are always spotless, warm and relaxing. It's clear that this business is very passionate about focusing on each clients individual needs, and they truly invest their time into training and expanding the services that they offer to give clients the best possible experience. Their knowledge and skills are second to none. I cannot recommend JN Massage and Recovery Centre enough and am so thankful to have found them because the treatments have helped me so much.

Credit where credit is due….Georgina was a masseuse to me and was very good. However the booking system there is terrible.

I booked multiple 1 x hour massages in blocks (cash up front - sometimes up to 10 at a time) and had 15 owed to me at times…..if I had a pain in my shoulder area that needed therapy but sadly only had time for a 30min massage my booking would be rejected and forced to either use up an hour for 30mins or not have one at all and just suffer.

I recently tried to book a massage (still having 3 or 4 still owed and paid for) only to be rejected AGAIN because apparently I only have a certain amount of time to use them….this was NEVER explained to me and I had no idea they had an expiration date to them!! I was 5 days out of the expiration date and I had to suffer and lose the last owed.

It definitely would’ve been nice to be told that they expire and/or be told when my paid blocks are coming to an end. I was rudely and sharply told ‘we don’t tell our customers when they expire’

Shocking business practice, and I will never return and never allow myself to be ripped off in such a fashion by any massage service ever again.

After years of spending hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pounds…..to be treated so rudely and unfairly definitely left a foul taste in my mouth as well as it stinging too!

I DEFINITELY didn’t and don’t feel like a valued, long term customer!

JN Massage and Recovery Centre never disappoints! Staff is always very helpful, professional and friendly. The atmosphere in their treatment rooms is fantastic and very relaxing.
I recommend this business to anyone. My partner only uses this business for his sport massages.

Have been a customer since 2019 and I come out of every treatment incredibly satisfied and wishing somehow I could bring JN massage straight to my home to massage me all day! I have booked both relaxation and deep tissue massages - relaxation is great for escaping the world and just drifting off into a nice place, whereas deep tissue is what I go for when I have back and shoulder pains that I just can't explain and doesn't seem to go away with any painkillers I throw at it. Yet somehow the therapists work like magic and can feel their way into finding problem areas. All the therapists are wonderful with what they do, I have been a frequent client of Georgina who knows everything wrong with my body by now! It's always a relief when I meet her in person and know that she can sort me out. Compared to other massage services I've browsed between Essex and London, their prices are very competitive . On top of this they offer NHS discounts and occasional flash sales which are a great way to try something new without committing to the full price. I've found the booking system to be very straightforward and all the therapists have been so wonderful and accommodating to me. I know some find it odd the facilities are within a gym but I actually find it incredibly convenient since I don't have to travel far if I feel like having a post gym massage! Thank you for looking after my crusty shoulders for all these years, looking forward to booking many more sessions in the future.

My personal recommendations for treatments are hot stone massage and deep tissue massage. Book one hour if you can - because half an hour goes by very quick when you're so relaxed!

I have been having massage with JN massage for over 4 years - even one just past covid when they did outside home visits. Each and every massage has always been superb… I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. My first experience was for recovery from a ripped muscle while training for a marathon (as a non runner!!) now I just go for occasional relaxation and to ease out stress knots in my neck/back… Do NOT hesitate just book and you won’t regret it… really professional, Knowledgeable and great value for the quality of massage experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

JN Massage also have some great deals, especially around Christmas time when you can pre order treatments at a discounted price.

I buy them for my wife, who likes taking part in extreme exercise

At my last visit for a deep tissue massage on my back, I came away feeling lots better and ready to carry on.
