Bought a bed at dreams 13 years ago. Was so pleased with the bed I bought, the service and friendliness that I went back. Delighted to say the diligence and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. The same guy that served me last time was still there. Bought a new bed and can’t wait to try it at home. If for some reason it is not comfortable I have 40 days to exchange it. Win win. I went to dreams today to get advice about mattresses and I was not helped.
The people who were there before me were helped and after me too, probably they needed to purchase a new mattress.

I already purchased one but had worse back pain after sleeping on our new mattress.
The staff, an elderly man, just said 'I cant tell what is best for you. You have to sleep on the mattresses and see whats good'.
It is not the service i expected from a company were i spend £2200 for a mattress.

Sue, john and the team was very helpful with buying a bed and mattresses for myself. They were very kind and friendly. The customer service is amazing! we got offered coffees/teas as soon as we sat down to get a few quotes on different bed/mattresses. Thankyou team!

We were looking for a new mattress and were greeted by the loveliest person, Guy, who found us a cheap mattress that suited our needs. He was kind and professional all the way through. The store is nice and clean and has a wide range of mattresses of all shapes, sizes and prices. Definitely recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience here sue and John are lovely people. Sue for being a trainee has an excellent knowledge of everything along with John! Walked away with a couple of freebies along with a £1000 discount so it was a great day at the office will be back!

Exceptional customer service from Lynne who took the stress out of buying a bed. We used the dreammatch machine which suggested a number of options, and confirmed the best firmness etc. We were offered tea, coffee or water which was lovely, and given just the right balance of service and space to narrow it down. I was expecting a rather stressful morning and instead got a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thanks Lynne!
