I booked a 30 minute appointment online for a shop visit. We were provided information regarding social distancing and there was hand sanitizer readily available. Team were wearing there PPE and they had screens up at the tills.
We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Robin. He asked us what we were looking for and what sort of budget we had.
He then took us round to the sleep match machine to find out what mattress suited us best. Robin was honest with us and told us that with our budget we would not be able to purchase what the sleepmatch machine recommends but he would look at the range and help find something that would work for us.
Robin then used his knowledge to pick out 3 different mattresses for us to try. I was really impressed that we had our own pillows with paper towels to lay on and Robin was cleaning them in between.
The 3 mattresses were below, on our budget and slightly over. We ended up picking the one slightly over the budget because it was just so comfortable!
We then were looking at the bed frame. Again we told Robin that we needed storage and he showed us a variety of different frames and again tried his best to work within our budget.
We were made to feel welcome and it was so easy which having visited the same store back in January with another adviser we actually left without buying anything.

The lady that dealt with myself on the 1st visit and myself and my wife later in the day was very very pleasant and helpful.
Went in there on the hottest day and within 2 minutes was offered cold bottled water straight from the fridge.
She was there when we needed help but also left us when we needed to talk about things.
Very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at and tried her best to help us purchase the correct mattress.
Mentioned the upsells but didn't try to pressure me into buying them.
Good range of beds and mattresses,

Considering our visit was during 34 degree heat, Covid 19 social distancing and mask wearing, we had a very positive experience. This, especially thanks to Nick Frost who was an amazing salesman, answered all our questions, not at all pushy, a decent bloke!
Very happy with our purchase and can't wait for the delivery!

What an amazing science buying a mattress is now. Loved the Sleepmatch technology which actually picked out the right mattress for me. Nicholas was really good, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, a salesman who listened to our needs. Now looking forward to delivery. Will always be our first port of call should the need arises. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and sold us a bed in 2014 as well as 2022. The delivery team were superb. Polite, considerate to our property and really helpful !!!

Probably the most expensive bed company around with many others offering the same quality but at much lower prices. After being let down previously from Dreams, and after a recent visit, this has just confirmed that we won't be returning for our next bed. Only advice I would give, shop around. Furniture Village are great.

Made another delivery there to for relyon bed great staff and a quick turn around
